According to Vogue.au, Carolina Issa has collaborated with L.K. Bennett for a shoe collection. Issa's contribution consists of sandals, ankle strap stilettos, boots, kitten heels, loafers and some clutch bags, with inspiration for the design coming from Issa's travels. The collection will be available online from February 19 and I am sorely tempted by these stunning brights. These are happy shoes, my friends. More info here.
Additionally, I'm feeling a little DIY inspiration here. I'm far from being skilled enough to embroider a pair of heels, but I'm thinking that I could possibly use the left over pom-poms that I have from this project and thread them onto the ankle strap of a pair of heels to add a little instant happiness. As always, if I give it a go, I'll take a picture and plaster the internets with my mad skills. Happy Tuesday, all.
