Put It On Ice

Alright, alright, I take it back! This morning, when I said that I wanted to get out and enjoy the sunshine, I may just have underestimated the might of this heatwave. Oh my goodness, walking outside is like swimming through bathwater. Wow! Ang and I were going to have a picnic this afternoon to celebrate two years of dating (aww!) but couldn't face it, so we went to the movies to see the new James Bond flick along with what seemed like the entire population of Sydney. We arrived 20 minutes early and still ended up in the front row! You really have to love cinema air-con. Thanks for date night my lover!

I wore my super cool and breezy new Zimmerman silk shorts (thanks Cate!). Wearing them is like wearing nothing at all! The tee, though super soft, didn't handle the heat so well. Phew! I'm melting! All accessories are by Collette Hayman, yet again, and though super cheap, they absolutely make the outfit in my humble opinion. Yay for costume jewelry.
